Cardholder must retain a copy of transaction records and Merchant policies and rules.
User is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of his account.
Refunds/ cancellation are accepted in case of the service provider closed or in case of you receive wrong/ or not delivered products on time as stated in the Tour/services description.
The expected time spam for reporting an item/products/services order to be canceled is 3 working days.
Refunds will be made onto the original mode of payment and will be processed within 10 to 45 days depends on the issuing bank of the credit card.
Please note that refunds are not applicable in the following cases:
– If your voucher has expired
– If you make a double purchase
– If you change your plans
– If you accidentally purchase a deal/service
– If you cite personal reasons
Note : Refunds may not be processed after the purchase of timed tickets and visa services (such as Burj Khalifa Timed Tickets, Entry tickets , and Visa Applications etc.)
All the refunds of any transaction’s amount against any purchase through this website would be refunded to the original mode of payment.
Refunds processed at any time will bear a service charge of AED 20 per transaction.
Cancellations made 7 calendar days prior to the tour date Refund: 95% of booking amount
Cancellations made 5 – 7 days prior to the tour date: Refund: 80% of the booking amount
Cancellations made 96 hours prior to the tour date: Refund: 0% of the booking amount
Governing Law and Jurisdiction:
“United Arab of Emirates is our country of domicile” . Any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with this website shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of UAE.
Methods of payments :
Credit cards : We accept payments online using Visa and MasterCard credit/debit card in AED.
The cardholder must retain a copy of transaction records and Merchant policies and rules.
Bank Transfer : Another secured way to pay your order via bank transfer.
In order for users to be able to access the services offered by travelpointuae.com at the Site, users must register by completing their registration details in the manner described at the Site. Booking Procedure and Payments:
Bookings will be accepted through our website booking form.
Payments can be made through our online payment system, Debit /Credit cards payment/bank transfer.
Prior Booking required at least 3-4 working days in advance.
All tours are subject to availability
Printed Vouchers are required.
Additional rates applicable during Public Holidays and subject to availability
Full payment for all the tours has to be made in advance.
All tours are operated on SIC / Sharing basis unless requested and confirmed otherwise.
Delivery Policy :

Within one to two business days of submitting your reservation you will receive a confirmation email from us. If you need to book a ticket, we recommend that you do so after you receive a confirmation of your tour reservation from us.
Once the products is ordered, Please allow 7 working days to deliver it by courier, Please be sure that you have enter correct address & details. [For certain tours and activities physical voucher delivery is not required. [Contact us for your email booking confirmation from TRAVEL POINT at email@example.com , attach your order number and preferred travel date and mobile number]
For services, the voucher will be delivered at your email address.
Guests are required to contact our customer support team for your E-Tickets.
Contact us at least 24 hours prior to visiting date , your Tickets will be delivered by email.
Immediately after submitting your reservation you will receive a Receipt of Reservation /Order form via email.
An E-Ticket will be sent to you via email as soon as details of your reservation are confirmed or your supporting information is received by us. Advance booking is required for all services. Contact us to check seats availability before purchasing vouchers.
Simply print your E-Ticket and present it with your valid photo ID on the day of your activity to your tour guide. Please remember E-Ticket is your proof of purchase. It is mandatory to carry our Email booking confirmation PRINT ( E-ticket) along with your Passport Copy or Emirates ID and present.
